To reset the enchant, you need 100,000 zeny. You only spend 100,000 zeny per enchant and you'll get 2 random enchants. There's an NPC named Artisan Tene que_ng 74 21 in the corner of the room where you can find the Kunai and Shuriken NPCs. The Enchantment NPC for selected Kagerou and Oboro gears is located inside the Ninja Guild in Amatsu.
